What we collect

Email, phone, shipping address, search queries, and purchase history — only what the service needs to run.

Retention

Guest order details (email, phone, and shipping address) are automatically redacted 30 days after your order is delivered; expired guest carts and older generation logs are cleared on the same automated schedule. Registered accounts retain data until you delete your account.

Sharing

Shipping details go to the fulfillment partner producing your order. Payment data is handled by the payment gateway — WNE3 never stores card numbers.

Your rights

Under GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023 you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email privacy@wne3.example and we will process your request within 30 days.
